Rules & Guidelines

Parking Camping etc:

-RV’s may move in beginning Thursday morning.

-No charcoal BBQ’s, open flame fire pits, burn barrels, etc, propane is okay

-RV parking on rights side of yellow line only

-left side of parking lot is for vehicles only, no tents in those parking spots

-road will close to upper Centennial on Friday night around 8:00 or when the parking lot is at capacity and will reopen at the conclusion of the blind draw

Do Not park in Staff area-you will be towed and team kicked out of the tournament!

All Players must have legal photo ID on them at all times! All teams and players be prepared for ID checks and be legal! We don’t accept any cheating and will be checking roster No selling of anything in the park or Complex- Team will get kicked out of the event for violation of this rule!

We use USSSA Team and player Rankings

Tournament Rules:
1-1 Count with no extra fouls / Strike zone will be used / 3GG
When walking a male, women have option to walk every time
Run rule: 10 runs after 5 innings or 15 after 4 / 60 Minute games – Championship 70

Shorthanded Rule: All Teams must have 8 to start
To add a player, they must arrive before their turn in the lineup and be on roster. If you have to play
shorthanded, no automatic out will be given.

Bat Rule: Must have new USSSA stamp (No senior, baseball or fastpitch bats)
All teams may bat up to 12 players / One courtesy runner per inning-last out
No Smoking or drinking in the dugout area or on the fields
Only team manager can talk with ump or director with disputes!
$100 protest fee (cash)

* No intentional infield hits- if so will be dead ball out!

Pitching: 4-10 strike zone with jukes allowed will be used-Pitcher must come set before release and has 5 seconds max to release (All Pitchers must wear Face Mask/Helmet)

Homerun Rules:
Men’s D 4 HR’s
Men’s E 2 HR
Coed E 2 HR

Player & Team Rankings = USSSA or AWS reclass list

Mixed /Coed E Teams
Mixed E teams are limited to a maximum of the three (3) Male D players No C or higher ranked players.

NO TEAM JUMPING: One team per division / Illegal players will be ejected

Poor Sportsmanship will not be allowed / NO F BOMBS! / No Throwing bats

Manager’s responsibility to inform players and fans of all rules, info and guidelines.

• Tournament Director reserves the right to modify game times, playing location or tourney structure due to: field conditions, time constraints, safety issues, team count or inclement weather
Upon entering this tournament team manager agrees to all rules and guidelines and agrees to make sure to forward rules and guidelines to all teammates.

Men’s & Coed Divisions will conflict make sure you have plenty of players if attempting to play both

All times, are approximate start times.

Be ready to start 15 minutes early for all games

You must bring legal teams / $100 protest fee (cash)

No outside glass containers inside or outside the park

No outside alcohol in the complex- parking lot area ok

No Smoking or drinking in the dugout area or on the fields

No Dogs allowed

Gate Fee $10 for all players, coaches, kids and spectators

This is an adult event- we don’t recommend bringing your kids

(If you do they also have to pay $10 gate fee)
Please inform your players about gate fee and do not take balls!

All Paid Entrants Get a MM Wristband

 Coaches $100 Deposit is Non Refundable – Don’t pay it unless your 100% coming to our event.
 Rain-out Policy:

50% refund if rained out with one game – 25% refund with two game played.
All Teams must pay balance owed in cash and turn in a roster before midnight Friday.

Parking is 1st come 1st served, car pool on Friday as park will be packed!

Warning car pool to the fields or you may have to park real far away!

Tournament Directors have the right to change game structure at any time to keep event on time.

We also reserve the right to check bags or tents at any time.
